Kundalini Yoga

​

is an ancient technology that strengthens the nervous system and purifies the organs.  The aim of this potent and practical practice (accessible to all), is to tune the body into a state where one can access their own internal pharmacy.  In turn,  promoting the healing of physical pain, mental illness, chronic fatigue, maladaptive behavioural patterns, slow degenerative diseases and generally elevate cognition and vitality.  For more information on Kundalini Yoga and my classes, please hover over the 'more' section, top right of this page.
